GRADE REPORT REQUEST

Please read the below information before submitting your request.

This form is to be used to request a grade report for the current semester.  Grade reports can be requested for the current term/semester, or for the previous semester.   If additional semester grades are needed, please submit a transcript request. Grade reports are not issued to any student with financial obligations to the university.  

If you have a restriction due to an Accounting Office or Library hold, your grade report will not be released.  You can check CampusWEB to make sure you have no holds prior to submitting this request.  

Grade reports can only be issued directly to the student and will be sent via Brenau email. Grade reports are issued within two weeks of the end of the current term/semester unless it is for the previous semester.  If submitted after the semester is over, please note that it can take up to two weeks for processing after the request is submitted.
