PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: A late fee of $75.00, in addition to the regular graduation fee, will be charged to your account if the application is submitted after the deadline. The graduation fee is $100.00 unless noted beside your chosen major/degree below, and is billed to your student account. If you are applying for this degree for a 2nd time (did not finish in a previous year), your account will be billed a $25 graduation reapplication fee. You received notification about this policy when your previous graduation application was reversed. You will not receive a separate bill. If submitting your application prior to spring semester 2024, you will not be billed the graduation fee until after spring semester begins. Fees are due by the end of the semester the application fee is billed. The graduation fee is a comprehensive fee that covers graduation audits, diploma, and any other costs associated with graduation with the exception of the graduation regalia (cap, gown, etc.). There is no "discounted" graduation fee for students who do not attend graduation. Note: the regalia is ordered and paid for by the student from the regalia vendor (Barnes & Noble). After an audit is completed, the graduation fee is non-refundable. Students do not receive an account credit for graduation applications reversed.

Please note: A 2nd major attached to the same degree results in a double major on the transcript and one degree on the transcript and one diploma. In instances where the majors chosen result in different degrees, the student will receive two degrees (2 diplomas/$125 graduation fee) and both majors/degrees must be complete before the degrees can be awarded. Each degree must have a minimum of 21 hours in its major that is mutually exclusive to that major (not used toward the second degree/major).

Graduation is held at the main campus in Gainesville GA. Please indicate below whether you plan to attend graduation. Please note that this response will not be considered final. An email will be sent to your "tiger" account approximately 3 months prior to graduation concerning graduation attendance. You must reply to that email in order to be placed on the final graduation attendance list. It is YOUR responsibility to check your Brenau email for graduation emails - even if you are no longer enrolled.
NOTE: Students who fail to successfully complete ALL coursework will not be permitted to participate in the ceremony. This includes transient coursework (must be transferred via official transcript prior to graduation) or any outstanding incompletes. Please keep in mind that this attendance is for the Spring or Fall ceremonies only. The ceremony you attend is based on whether your application is submitted by the appropriate deadline noted above.

Please note that approximately 2 months prior to the ceremony, we will request that you register for the graduation ceremony. You will be sent an email with a link to the registration form at that time.
You have answered "no" to attending graduation. You will not receive a request to register for the graduation ceremony.
Your diploma will be sent to you by registered mail after the ceremony as long as you have no obligation to the university.
Type your name exactly as you want it printed on your diploma. Type in upper/lower case and clearly note all accent marks. Titles, including academic titles, (ex: Mrs., Dr.) are not printed on diplomas.

PLEASE NOTE: Once you have submitted your form you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your form has been sent. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your form may not have been sent.
